காணிக்கை UPI மூலம் திருவிழா பொறுப்பாளர் ஜே. எஸ். ராஜன் அவர்களுக்குச் செல்கிறது. செலுத்தும் முன் உங்கள் UPI செயலியில் பெறுநர் பெயர் சரியாக உள்ளதா என்று சரிபாருங்கள்.
வீடு தேடி வரும் சேகரிப்பிலோ, ஆலயத்திலோ, திருவிழாவின்போதோ, ரொக்கக் காணிக்கையை ஆலயம் அங்கீகரித்த நிர்வாகியிடம் மட்டுமே கொடுங்கள்; பணம் பெற்றவர் பெயருடன் கூடிய ரசீதை உடனே கேட்டுப் பெறுங்கள் (உங்கள் கைபேசி எண் மூலம் உள்நுழைந்தும் பார்க்கலாம்).
செலுத்திய பின், UPI பரிவர்த்தனை / குறிப்பு எண்ணையோ (UTR) அதன் கடைசி 4 இலக்கங்களையோ தரலாம். இது கட்டாயமில்லை; ஆனால் உங்கள் பணத்தை விரைவில் கண்டறிய உதவும். முழு UPI குறிப்பு எண்ணை ஒரு காணிக்கைக்கு மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்த முடியும்.
அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட நிர்வாகியிடம் ரொக்கமாகக் கொடுத்தால் ரசீது உடனே வழங்கப்படும். UPI காணிக்கைக்கு, ஆலயக் கணக்கில் பணம் வந்ததை நிர்வாகிகள் சரிபார்த்த பின்னரே ரசீது வழங்கப்படும். பணம் கண்டறியப்படாவிட்டால் அல்லது தொகை வேறுபட்டால், காரணத்துடன் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்; நீங்கள் திருத்தி மீண்டும் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
இணையதளத்தில் உள்நுழையாமல் நேரடியாகச் செலுத்தியிருந்தால், நிர்வாகிகள் உங்கள் சார்பில் காணிக்கையைப் பதிவு செய்து ரசீது வழங்கலாம்; உங்கள் கைபேசி எண் மூலம் உள்நுழைந்து அதைப் பார்க்கலாம்.
ரசீது காணிக்கையை ஒப்புக்கொள்வது மட்டுமே; வருமான வரி விலக்குச் சான்றிதழ் (80G) அல்ல. ஆலய அறக்கட்டளையின் அரசுப் பதிவு நடைபெற்று வருகிறது.
தவறுதலாகவோ இருமுறையோ செலுத்தியிருந்தால், உங்கள் காணிக்கை எண்ணுடன் தொடர்புகொள்ளுங்கள். பணம் திருப்பித் தருவது UPI மூலம் கைமுறையாகச் செய்யப்படும்; அப்போது ரசீது “திருப்பி அளிக்கப்பட்டது” எனக் குறிக்கப்படும்.
தவறாகவோ இருமுறையோ பதிவான காணிக்கைகளை நிர்வாகிகள் நீக்கலாம் (மறுசுழற்சித் தொட்டி); அப்போது அதன் ரசீது ரத்தாகக் காட்டும். ஒவ்வொரு மாற்றமும் தணிக்கைப் பதிவில் இருக்கும்.
பிறரின் பண விவரங்களையோ தவறான தகவல்களையோ சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டாம். தவறான பயன்பாடு கண்டறியப்பட்டால் கணக்கு முடக்கப்படலாம்.

Donations are voluntary offerings to St. Xavier's Church, Sanganankulam. All amounts are in Indian rupees.
Offerings are paid by UPI to the festival organiser, J S Rajan. Check that your UPI app shows the right payee name before you pay.
Whether during home collection rounds, at the church or during the festival, give cash only to an administrator authorised by the church, and ask for your receipt, which names the person who received the cash. You can also see it by signing in with your mobile number.
After paying, you may give the UPI transaction / reference number (UTR), or just its last 4 digits. It is optional, but it helps us find your payment quickly. A full UPI reference can be used for one donation only.
For cash given to an authorised administrator, the receipt is issued at once. For UPI offerings, a receipt is issued only after the administrators confirm the payment reached the church. If it cannot be found or the amount differs, the donation is rejected with a reason and you can correct and resubmit it.
If you paid directly without signing in, the administrators may record the donation for you and issue a receipt, which you can see by signing in with your mobile number.
A receipt acknowledges your offering; it is not an income-tax exemption (80G) certificate. Registration of the church trust with the Government is in progress.
If you paid by mistake or twice, contact us with your donation reference. Refunds are made manually by UPI, and the receipt is then marked “refunded / reversed”.
Donations entered by mistake or twice may be deleted by the administrators (recycle bin), and their receipts then show as cancelled. Every change is kept in the audit log.
Do not submit someone else’s payment details or false information. Accounts may be disabled if misuse is found.
Never share your SMS code (OTP) or password with anyone.
